Refreshing glass noodle with calamansi juice

Who else loves glass noodles? This refreshing glass noodle with prawns, ground meat and fresh herbs, all mixed together with a zesty dressing. These flavorful glass noodles are quick to prepare, simple to prepare, and full of texture and taste. It combines neutral-tasting fresh coriander leaves with a spicy, acidic, and sweet sauce that soaks into everything to give everything a flavour punch. Prawns and ground pork are blended with my noodles. My ground pork has more fat than regular ground pork, you can choose the lean meat. You may use squid, muscle, and scallops. You can adapt anyway you like with your favorite protein. Just leave the meat out of the recipe if you prefer to follow a vegan diet. It still has the same rich, wonderful, and fresh flavour. Some of the people confuse the glass noodles with rice vermicelli because they look similar in the package. Rice vermicelli is made from rice flour while glass noodles are made of mung bean starch. In other words, they are fat-fre

These surprisingly easy, quick, and convenient tuna potato patties are delicious and straightforward. It has a crispy, golden outside and tender on the inside.   The addition of fresh coriander leaves, spring onions, and red onions elevates a canned plain tuna to something exceptional. These tuna potato patties go well with poached eggs, green salads, baked red beans and can be eaten for lunch, dinner or even brunch. The process goes quickly. Simple ingredients are used. It is quick to prepare, efficient, and wholesome. I pan-fried my patties; you may bake it or air-fried it. Try these tuna potato patties if you're getting tired of tuna sandwiches. Feel free to switch up the filling; perhaps you'd prefer to use ground chicken or pork instead of tuna. Before adding the meat to the mashed potatoes, the meat must be cooked in a pan. I chose canned tuna because it was already cooked. I can therefore omit the step of pan frying the meat. Make sure the mashed potatoes are COLD

Stuffed Lady's Fingers with Sambal Belacan

Housewives do have their challenges. Children struggle to come up with new recipes when they get sick of their old favourites. Let us talk about lady fingers for this time. Lady finger also name as okra. How do you eat lady fingers? Stir-fry with dried shrimp and belacan? Stuffed lady fingers like Hakka Yong Tau Fu, vegetables curry… the list go on.   My son does not like to eat lady fingers due to the slime of the lady fingers affects the taste.  Fortunately, my son enjoys eating sambal belacan. He like to have it any time of day, with almost anything and everything. So, lady fingers with sambal belacan would be a fantastic idea. Some of the recipe online showing that to pour the sambal over the cook lady's finger or return the cook lady's finger to the wok and toss together. Roti Jala (Net crepe) with Nyonya chicken curry

Roti jala   (net  crepe), is a very popular light snack in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Roti jala that looks like a fishing net, or a net makes it a unique and tasty dish.  The ingredients and preparation process for kuih dadar are very comparable to those for roti jala. (Pandan crepe roll), but it is light, fluffy, and shaped like a net. It is a well-liked snack at gatherings, banquets, and open homes during Hari Raya. The local named it as roti, but the texture is just like crepes.  This traditional roti jala is made with a unique funnel-shaped mould that has five tips.   A multipurpose tube mould with five-point squeezing container is another option. You could even use a plastic container lid with holes punched in it as a makeshift pourer. Regardless of the method, outstanding results are still guaranteed. I am using chili sauce plastic bottle to squeeze out the batter and drizzle onto a hot pan, in a quick, circular motion, creating a net-like, or lacey effect. Once it i
