Spiral sweet potato steamed buns roasted pork belly burger

At times when we are in a hurry, hamburgers are one of the easiest foods to eat while on the go. No matter what time it is, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we grab a burger and might throw in some fries and a soda to go with it. But what really makes a burger taste so delicious?

Burgers are a treasure. Each layer has a different taste, which is delicious. It tastes better when all the ingredients are assembled together. When you take a big bite, the feeling in your throat when you eat and swallow the burger. Everything is filled into your mouth. The meat and the sauce are just like icing on the cake. The lettuce blooms brilliantly surround the meat and the bread. How can you not love it?

Today, let me show you how to make a burger with a steamed bun. The method of assembling the burger is the same as a western burger but the taste is different. What makes my burger apart from other burgers is that I don't use bacon or ham. I used roasted pork belly. A homemade charcoal roasted pork. A piece of meat with three textures. First, you will feel the crispy skin, secondly, you will feel the softness of the fat but not greasy, and finally, you will feel the sweetness of the lean meat. It tastes heavenly.

I have a sunny side up with my burger. So, I am not using ketchup or mayonnaise for my burger. When you bite the egg, the egg yolks flow out, turning out a delicious sauce for my burger. Drizzled my homemade chili sauce with shrimp paste on the roasted pork belly. Burger lovers should try out this recipe.

Canned braised pork belly (罐头扣肉)

A must-have dish for the Lunar New Year is steamed braised pork ( 扣肉 ). Some people enjoy making braised pork with yam, while others prefer to use preserved veggies. The key to making braised pork is to boil the meat first, then deep-fry it, and finally steam it. The sauces are the key to enhancing the flavor of the braised pork with either yam or preserved veggies. Of course, choosing pork that is half-fat and lean pork belly tastes the best is also crucial.   You can choose how thinly you want the pork slices. I sliced my pork to a thinness of 10 to 15 mm thinness.  Another crucial tip is to just use wine and no water when preparing the braised pork. I'm using Shaoxing wine, and it's been proven that the more wine you use, the tastier and more fragrant the meat will be and that the meat will remain fragrant after stewing. As I mentioned, this braised pork needs to boil first, then be deep-fried.  For those who find frying meat is very troublesome , you can wash, cut...

Ondeh-Ondeh in 3 flavour (椰丝球)

Today made a popular dessert in Malaysia, “Ondeh Ondeh”, a type of Nyonya recipe. It is also called “Buah Melaka” because it looks like the fruit of the Malacca tree. The procedure of making is easy. The flavoured glutinous rice balls have grated fresh coconut on the outside and melting Gula Melaka, or palm sugar, inside. The white, milky coconut shreds and little balls of various colours appear fresh and natural. and has a charming appearance. The glutinous rice balls, soft glutinous and chewy are determined by the amount of water and cooking time. The softer the rice balls, the more water and more time it boiled. We like our coconut shreds to be moist and crisp, the melted Gula Melaka to be rich and flavorful, and the texture to be somewhat mushy and sticky. It seems like the nostalgic flavour of my childhood is returning. In addition to the traditional pandan flavour, I have included instructions for making it with sweet potatoes and pumpkin. Of all the flavours of "ondeh...

Braised Pork Belly Char Siu on Stove

Grilling char Siu is time-consuming? Yes, indeed!! The marinating and cooking steps involved in grilling char Siu might take a lot of time.   In order to allow the flavors to seep into the meat, the traditional process involves marinating the pork for a few hours, often overnight.   Additionally, grilling might take some time, particularly if you want that distinctive char. And also create a crispy surface and smoky flavor. You might say can make char siu, or Chinese BBQ pork with oven baking, or air frying. Oven baking produces an excellent crust and a balance of juiciness. Air fryer is the quickest way to produce a crispy outside and a soft within, although it might not cook as uniformly as oven baking. Today I am sharing a super easy stove top version. You even get a lovely sauce to go with it, and the results are just incredible. It lacks charred or roasted flavor of charcoal because it is cooked entirely on the hob.   Trust me, this method is definitely ...
